Intent, Strength and Action

I think, with never-ending gratitude, that the young women of today do not and can never know at what price their right to free speech and to speak at all in public has been earned.
-Lucy Stone

It was critical to finding a way out. I had assumed young women knew the history of feminism and must have felt gratitude to the movement for the opportunities that the work we have done has afforded them.
-Betty Buckley

This equates to about 200,000 people a year that are helped, either directly or indirectly. may http://www.abusehurts.com

Recovery is a process, not a destination, as it is so often quoted. From the voice of Ellen:
As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, I had to make a choice at one point in my life that I could either live in fear and a place of powerlessness, or claim my voice. I obviously choose the latter, but it was a process, and I am still in the process.

The fight back really means that you “Do it afraid”. Living as a Fearless Woman, means “doing it afraid”, and your greatest fear becomes your greatest weapon!
